Hussly is run by Brandon Rutlidge, of 143 Brookwood Way, Buckshaw Village, Chorley PR7 7JX, as a sole trader. That makes him the data controller for the information described here. You can get in touch at Brandon@hussly.com.

Only what you type into the form, which is:

• Your name
• Your email address
• What you said you would sell, if you answered
• What you said you would expect to pay, if you answered
• The box you designed: its size, colour, shelf count and coin slot position
• Whether you ticked the consent box
• Where you arrived from, such as a scan of the code inside a box lid or a link on Facebook
• The date you submitted the form

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you around the web.

Your email address is used for one thing: telling you when boxes go on sale. The box design tells us which sizes and colours to make first, and the price answer helps us work out what to charge. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box.

We keep your name and email until boxes go on sale and we have told you, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the day you submit the form. After that we delete them.

We keep the box you designed and your price answer for longer, but with your name and email stripped off, so it is no longer linked to you. That tells us which sizes and colours to make without us holding on to your details.

If you unsubscribe we keep your email address on a do-not-email list, so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Nobody it is not needed by. The list is stored with Neon, our database provider, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both act on our instructions. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Brandon@hussly.com and we will do it within one month. You do not have to give a reason.

If you think we have handled your information badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
